ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply when using BucksheeKit.

 

1. Lawful Use

You must use BucksheeKit only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the platform in any way that breaches UK law.

 

2. Prohibited Items

The following items must not be listed:

  • Prohibited firearms under UK law

  • Live ammunition

  • Explosives

  • Controlled or restricted weapons

  • Stolen property

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Classified or restricted military equipment

  • Any item unlawful to possess or sell

BucksheeKit reserves sole discretion in determining prohibited items.

 

3. Accurate Listings

Listings must:

  • Be truthful

  • Accurately describe condition

  • Use genuine images

  • Disclose defects

You must not mislead buyers.

 

4. Fraud and Financial Misconduct

You must not:

  • Engage in scam activity

  • Impersonate others

  • Use fake accounts

  • Abuse chargebacks

  • Attempt to avoid promotional fees

Suspected fraud may be reported to law enforcement.

 

5. Respectful Behaviour

You must not:

  • Harass or threaten users

  • Use abusive language

  • Publish defamatory content

  • Share private information without consent

 

6. Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt systems

  • Use bots or scraping tools

  • Reverse engineer the application

  • Circumvent security

 

7. Featured Listings Abuse

You must not:

  • Feature prohibited items

  • Attempt to manipulate ranking systems

  • Abuse promotional tools

Violations may result in removal without refund.

 

8. Enforcement

We may:

  • Remove listings

  • Suspend accounts

  • Permanently ban users

  • Report unlawful conduct

Enforcement decisions are at our discretion.

 

9. Amendments

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
