This Seller Disclaimer forms part of the BucksheeKit Terms and Conditions and applies to all users who list items on the Platform.

By listing an item on BucksheeKit, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

1. Sole Responsibility for Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all listing information

  • The condition and authenticity of items

  • The legality of the item

  • Lawful ownership of the item

  • Compliance with applicable UK laws

BucksheeKit does not verify ownership, authenticity, or legality of listed items.

 

2. Legal Compliance

By listing an item, you confirm that:

  • You are legally entitled to sell the item

  • The item is not prohibited under the Restricted Items Schedule

  • The sale does not breach UK criminal, firearms, export control, or consumer protection legislation

  • The item is not stolen or unlawfully obtained

You accept full legal responsibility for any breach of law relating to items you list.

 

3. Government Issued and Military Equipment

You must not list any item that:

  • Remains the property of the Ministry of Defence

  • Is marked “Not for resale”

  • Is classified or restricted

  • Was issued and not lawfully released

BucksheeKit may request proof of lawful ownership where appropriate.

 

4. No Platform Endorsement

Listing or featuring an item on BucksheeKit does not constitute:

  • Verification

  • Certification

  • Approval

  • Endorsement

All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

 

5. Risk and Liability

Sellers acknowledge that:

  • BucksheeKit acts solely as a platform provider

  • BucksheeKit does not handle payments between users

  • BucksheeKit is not responsible for disputes

  • BucksheeKit is not liable for losses arising from transactions

Sellers accept all risks associated with listing and selling items on the Platform.

 

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BucksheeKit from and against any claims, investigations, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, or legal costs arising from:

  • Unlawful listings

  • Misrepresentation

  • Breach of UK law

  • Breach of the Platform’s policies

 

7. Enforcement

BucksheeKit reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Report unlawful activity to authorities

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion.
