Featured Listings Policy

This Featured Listings Policy forms part of the BucksheeKit Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing a Featured Listing, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

1. Nature of the Service

A Featured Listing is a paid promotional service that increases the visibility of a listing within the designated Featured section of the BucksheeKit home page.

Featured placement:

  • Is limited to six active slots at any one time

  • Is time based (for example 3 days, or 7 days)

  • Provides increased visibility only

Payment is for promotional placement only.

Featured Listings do not guarantee:

  • Views

  • Enquiries

  • Offers

  • Sale

  • Any specific level of engagement

 

2. Activation and Duration

Featured Listings:

  • Activate immediately upon successful purchase

  • Run continuously for the selected duration

  • Expire automatically at the end of the purchased period

  • Cannot be paused, transferred, or extended

The duration begins at the time of activation, not at the time of listing creation.

If all Featured slots are occupied, purchase may not be available until a slot becomes free.

 

3. Placement and Display

Featured Listings may be displayed:

  • In rotating order

  • Based on time remaining

  • Using automated ranking systems

No specific ranking position within the Featured section is guaranteed.

BucksheeKit reserves the right to determine how Featured Listings are displayed.

 

4. Eligibility Requirements

Listings must comply with:

  • The Terms and Conditions

  • The Acceptable Use Policy

  • The Restricted Items Schedule

  • The Seller Disclaimer

BucksheeKit may remove a Featured Listing if it breaches platform rules.

No refund will be provided if removal results from a policy breach.

 

5. Payments and Refunds

In app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds are governed by the respective platform’s terms and policies. BucksheeKit does not control, administer, or override refund decisions made by those platforms.

Payments for Featured Listings are non refundable once activated, except where:

  • A verified technical fault prevents activation

  • A system error prevents display during the purchased period

Failure to sell an item does not entitle a user to a refund.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

BucksheeKit’s total liability relating to a Featured Listing shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific placement.

 

7. Changes to the Service

BucksheeKit reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing

  • Adjust duration options

  • Change display format

  • Limit availability

Changes will not affect Featured Listings already activated.
