Restricted Items Schedule

This Restricted Items Schedule forms part of the BucksheeKit Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.

Due to the nature of the platform, additional restrictions apply to certain categories of military, tactical, airsoft, and outdoor equipment.

BucksheeKit operates in the United Kingdom. All users must comply with applicable UK laws when listing or purchasing items.

 

1. Prohibited Firearms and Weapons

The following items are strictly prohibited and must not be listed:

  • Prohibited firearms under UK law

  • Real firearms or pressure bearing components

  • Live ammunition

  • Explosives or explosive components

  • Grenades, explosive devices, or related parts

  • Controlled weapons requiring licence where no licence is held

  • Any weapon unlawful to possess or sell under UK legislation

This includes component parts intended to assemble or modify prohibited firearms.

 

2. Government and MOD Issued Equipment

The following items must not be listed:

  • Ministry of Defence issued equipment that remains government property

  • Items marked “Not for resale”

  • Equipment obtained unlawfully

  • Classified or restricted military equipment

  • Items clearly marked as government property

Sellers are responsible for ensuring lawful ownership before listing any military surplus item.

 

3. Export Controlled Equipment

Certain tactical, military, optical, or specialist equipment may be subject to UK export control regulations.

Such items must not be listed unless:

  • The seller is legally authorised to sell them

  • All regulatory requirements are satisfied

BucksheeKit does not verify export compliance.

 

4. Counterfeit, Replica and Stolen Goods

The following are prohibited:

  • Counterfeit branded goods

  • Replica items sold as genuine

  • Stolen property

  • Items suspected of unlawful origin

Listings must accurately describe items as replica where applicable.

 

5. Modified or Unlawful Airsoft and Replica Items

Airsoft and replica items must comply with UK legislation, including the Violent Crime Reduction Act where applicable.

Items modified in a way that renders them unlawful are strictly prohibited.

 

6. Dangerous or High Risk Items

BucksheeKit reserves the right to prohibit additional items which:

  • Pose significant safety risk

  • Attract regulatory scrutiny

  • Present reputational risk to the platform

  • May expose the platform to legal liability

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an item is prohibited.

 

7. Removal and Enforcement

Listings that breach this Schedule may be:

  • Removed without notice

  • Reported to relevant authorities where appropriate

  • Subject to account suspension or termination

No refund will be provided for promotional services applied to prohibited listings.
